Ideal for two or large families, we provide ample accommodation for up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms.

Enjoy our cosy house offering a fire place and two private spa baths.

Four Seasons private north facing aspect lets you enjoy whatever weather the mountains throws at you. Enjoy the sun soaked rear deck with BBQ, whilst watching the kids play on the level park like grounds. In the winter months light the combustion burner, enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee and watch the mountain mist roll in through the valley and bush lands.

Take advantage of the fresh air and go for a bush walk in the surrounding national parks. Wentworth Falls is just a 2 minute drive down the road, or 5 minutes away is Leura and Katoomba. Why not take a day trip to Jenolan Caves, Mt Tomah gardens or have a high tea at the Hydro? Or bring the golf clubs and try your hand at one of the many golf courses in the area? Wentworth Falls golf course is just up the road.

Our property is available for weekend bookings Friday through to Monday, we dont charge you for Sunday night as part of our weekend package This allows you to relax and enjoy the entire weekend in the house. Mid-week Monday to Friday we have a minimum stay of two nights.

We have taken a lot of care to set the house up with every modern convenience. From the kitchen with everything you will ever need, to board games, CD’s and DVD’s, Bluetooth speakers in every bedroom, lots of heaters and fans, electric blankets and heated towel rails, the house has every modern convenience

Our house boats 2x ensuite bathrooms and 2x shared bathrooms. Our main Spa Bath offers beautiful private views of natural bushland.

Ideal for two families

The house is big enough to accommodate two families. There are 4x bedrooms, three with King beds, and a fourth room with 3x single beds.

Bedding arrangement

Four Seasons offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with completely private bushland views from every room . The bedrooms are all on the upper level of the house.

We provide lovely fresh linen and towels with a small charge, or you can bring your own. Duvets with covers, electric blankets and pillows are on every bed.

There are 3x bathrooms upstairs, 2x en suites and 1x main bathroom. The main en suite and main bathroom both have spa baths. A further bathroom is located off the laundry on the ground floor near the entertaining areas.

A fold away bed and high chair are available on request. 2x portable travel cots are also available which fit easily in Bedrooms 1 & 2. A high chair is also available.

All rooms have their own heaters and every bed has an electric blanket. There are plenty of extra rugs and throws located throughout the property.

The house is equipped with free WiFi NBN.

Living Space:

Our huge open plan family room allows you to cook, relax by the combustion fire, dine at a 10 person table, or relax in the adjacent glass surrounded conservatory, all in the one space.

A fully equipped home style kitchen with a modern Ilve stove and walk in pantry, setup with ample cooking accessories, huge refrigerator and island bench make cooking and socialising with your guests very easy. With a breakfast bar, the kitchen adjoins a large family room. The adjoining dining room table seating 10 persons and joins the conservatory, looking out onto the open bush landscape.

You can relax out on our large north facing verandah, which is ideal for entertaining. Our huge table setting seats 14 Or stay Inside in the conservatory on those cool sunny winter days. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck whilst watching the children to play a game in the 1 acre of flat park like grassland and adjoining bush surrounds.

The formal lounge room is surrounded by natural timbers in a cathedral style room. An adjoining dining room seats 8 people. We even have a piano for the musical minded

There are books, games, magazines, DVDs, local knowledge on activities and restaurants. The grounds have a swing & trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Children are very welcome and will love the large open spaces

Full internal laundry facilities, washing machine, dryer and ironing board, outdoor gas BBQ and outdoor tables are located on the rear balcony and in the back yard.

Our property extends to just under 2 acres, and covers multiple blocks of bush land, so your total privacy during your stay is assured.
